Maximizing Impact: YCRW Member Reporting Guidelines

Your contribution matters! As a member of Yavapai County Republican Women (YCRW), reporting your time spent in various endeavors is a powerful way to showcase the impact we collectively make. The Campaign Award Program honors our commitment to volunteering for the Republican Party and candidates.

When reporting volunteer hours, consider the broad spectrum of activities, encompassing preparation, travel, and communication time:

- Regular hours should reflect participation in all YCRW-related events, including luncheons, tours, day/night events, committees, board meetings, conventions, and various community activities. This category extends to cover communication efforts, such as phone calls, emails, faxes, scans, computer time, as well as any food preparation and travel.

- Campaign hours involve engagement in political meetings, forums, rallies, fundraisers, petition circulation, phone banks, voter registration, and campaigning efforts. Similar to regular hours, this category includes communication activities and travel.

Introducing two new categories:

1. Number of Campaign Calls: Quantify the impact of your political outreach by recording the number of calls made for campaign purposes. The time spent on these calls should also be reported as Campaign Hours.

2. Literacy Hours: Encompassing a range of reading-related activities, from Bible study and book clubs to reading at various locations and engaging in literacy-focused games. Communication efforts and travel associated with these activities are also included.

Additionally, report hours dedicated to Precinct activities, School Volunteer Program participation, and remember to carry a notebook to record hours for each engagement. Regular reporting each month ensures accurate documentation of your valuable contributions. Your commitment is pivotal in showcasing the strength and dedication of YCRW members in our community.
